September, 2010: Powell Electro Systems Expands Facility Lineup
We recently added two new pieces of equipment to our arsenal, each of which will enable Powell’s technicians and assembly experts to improve their precision and speed of project completion with regard to wire-and-cable and tubing areas:
Our new ANMO Electronics Dino-Lite digital microscope will aid in the inspection of small parts and wire crimps. The scope also offers measurement capabilities to help us ensure that all assemblies meet manufacturers’ tolerances. Although this will primarily aid with wire and cable assembly, the Dino-Lite also has tubing applications, as it will help us look at seatings during the inspection phase.
